A team of our very own researchers at Rabat Business School got awarded a grant from Fairwork, in partnership with the University of Oxford, making RBS the first antenna in Morocco to become part of a team of international researchers who are trying to help identify fair and sustainable work arrangements for platform workers around the world.
To kick-off the project, the team, composed of professors Nacef Mouri and Jibril Abdul Bashiru, together with Chris Osakwe, Najlae Zhani, Oluwatobi Ogunmokun, Frederick Pobee, and Hayford Amegbe, hosted a stakeholder’s meeting and workshop on Wednesday, February 15th, 2023, in RBS’s building, during which they introduced the project and discussed the future of platform work in Morocco.
